The Microbiotec 2019 congress was held in Coimbra, at Pole II of the University of Coimbra. This congress takes place every two years and is organised by the Portuguese Society of Microbiology and the Portuguese Society of Biotechnology. In this congress many were the topics addressed in the area of Microbiology and Biotechnology.
